so we just got overrun by spam bots - and turned off auto-approval of new user accounts

A quick question...Using captcha is possible in handshake?
That will be the best way to prevent bots

And will help in preventing archiving/downloading of this site using bots...

Thanks for your support and suggestion and encouragement - we added this question to stop the spambots:



We did have the traditional captcha before, but somehow those bots got past it - or it was humans signing up - and then later bot spamming?

So far, this question has kept the spammers away (for now)

We are talking to Namebase who is making a "login with Handshake" plugin and hope to use that here to get rid of them once and for all!
