Hear ye, hear ye! Shakedex v0.0.2 is now released. Included in this release is the following (copied from our CHANGELOG):

• Added a version identifier for swap proofs.
• Added a second version of the swap proof file that reduces the amount of duplicated data.
• Changed the locking script to a shorter one. H/T @pinheadmz.
• Swapped out cli-table for cli-table3. H/T @MarkSchmidty.
• Fixed a "cannot read property 'height' of null" bug in list-auctions. H/T @pinheadmz.
• Various documentation tweaks.

To get the latest, run npm update -g shakedex.

exciting! thanks for update - so...I have to admit I'm not a "dev" but more a marketer. I do have some names in Bob Wallet - can I test / help in any way?

You can definitely help! I'm working on Bob integration so you should be able to do a swap from the wallet UI shortly. I'll update this thread once that's ready.

I'm also setting up a website that will display active auctions and let people fulfill them with one click (assuming they have Bob installed). Stay tuned! Should have this out in a week or two.

Greetings! As promised, here's the first shakedex update for this weekend.

ShakeDex Web

ShakeDex Web is live at https://www.shakedex.com. ShakeDex Web hosts two things: A web UI that displays active shakedex auctions, and an API that will eventually drive the auction experience within Bob. Auctions can be fulfilled by downloading the swap proofs from the website and feeding them into the shakedex CLI. I'll implement Bob deeplinks for single-click fulfillment later this weekend/this coming week.

Using ShakeDex Web is completely optional. No personal data is collected - the only information it stores is the information included in the swap proofs. You can audit the code for yourself (or run your own instance) by visiting the GitHub repo.

The UI is deliberately simple - the Bob wallet folks are working on a nicer auction experience, and I don't want to steal their thunder.

As soon as the shakedex/ TLD is transferred to me, I'll make ShakeDex Web accessible at dex.shakedex/.

In this release is some cleanup and native support for ShakeDex Web. When creating an auction using shakedex create-auction, you'll receive a prompt asking if you'd like to upload your swap proofs to ShakeDex Web. You can customize which ShakeDex web instance you want to upload to by passing a --shakedex-web-host option to the CLI.
